About the Speaker
Olga Komadina is a speech pathologist with over 20 years of experience in paediatric speech pathology and the founder of Olga Komadina Apraxia Therapy, a private practice dedicated exclusively to the treatment of Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS). She has specialised training including one-on-one mentorship with David Hammer (Apraxia Kids USA), observation at Max’s House early intervention clinic, and completion of the Australian CAS Bootcamp with Dr Maryane Gomez and Professor Patricia McCabe. Olga is also recognised internationally through her listing in the Apraxia Kids SLP Directory.She is the author of The Apraxia CAS Therapy Handbook: Live Examples – Detailed Strategies, a practical framework that combines research, therapy videos, and real-world tools for clinicians. In addition to her clinical caseload, Olga provides supervision and mentorship to speech pathologists across Australia and advocates nationally for greater recognition and access to CAS therapy.
